- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Had great experience with Dr. Wonski herself for several years. The office staff, scheduling has always been difficult. Came in on time for an appt and was told i would have to reschedule because i was late... AFter verifying that i still had the voice mail confirming the time. "Lee" the receptionist cried and stomped off to the doctor to get his way around the fact he was wrong on accusing me of lieing and "slamming my phone on the desk" for him to listen to the voice mail! After being this long term (18 years), I was told that I did not have a right to get upset about being accused of lieing and being asked to reschedule! It seems it is ok for this staff to leave patients waiting while they take time off work to come to appointments but when they are in right or even if they are 5 minutes late (which in this case according to the voice mail i was not) they want you to take more time off work to "reschedule" with them? Why are they better than everyone else? And this really told me how much their care for their patients really are.September 26, 2017by Stephanie Hull
